4.Terms and condition for students

To enroll in our course first you have to book our trial class according to your level . We provide trial class according

to your given timing so if you don't join trial class till 5 mins from your scheduled time so trial class will be cancelled

and you will have to pay again. If you are satisfied with our trial class then to purchase our course you have to pay

according to your choice. Payment will not be refunded once you pay.



Our aim is not just to earn money if you enroll in our course you don't like our teacher's way of teaching. So you can

change your trainer by giving valid reason.



If the things mentioned by you are not found correct then you will be removed by our app.

So first decide well before taking the course, whether you want to take the course or not.



We will try our best to give you a proper information on how to learn English but you will also have to practice daily.



Trial class will be given by zoom or google meet.Regular classes will be given by education villa app.If you want to

take classes by iphone or laptop or Pc you have to subscribe for 2 months because our app is not acceccable by

iphone,laptop and PC.



5.Term and condition For Tutors

Education villa is the best plateform for female tutors to work from home where you can earn by teaching students

sitting at your home.



You can apply here as a tutors profile but for first 3 months you will be in the trial period in which institute will notice

your behaviour



You will be given payment for students you have taught in these 3 months but if you will misbehave with admin

team or with any member of institute and not follow proper rules then you will not get your payment. Make sure that

your behaviour should be good with students too.



If you agree with all our terms and conditions then you can apply here as a tutor.We want professional tutors whose

behaviour should be good with our students as well as admin team.



6.Content Liability

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing on your Web site. You agree to indemnify and

defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon your Website. No link(s) may appear on any page on your

Web site or within any context containing content or materials that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal,
